I bring 15+ years of experience across product design, startups, publishing, and big tech, including leadership roles focused on growth, monetization, and AI-driven products.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across highly competitive environments as an introvert, immigrant, and outsider navigating different cultures, industries, and expectations. I understand firsthand how easy it is for high-performing creatives to become known for being reliable and capable, while quietly struggling to advocate for themselves, communicate the depth of their contribution, or fully step into larger opportunities.

Earlier in my career, I didn’t always feel fluent in the language of influence. I had to learn how to advocate for my work, lead without a title, and navigate different expectations across teams.
