Why Work With Me
I bring 15+ years of experience across product design, startups, publishing, and big tech. I’ve worked in companies at very different stages, from smaller teams where roles blur and you work closely with founders and executives, to high-growth scale-ups, pre-IPO environments, and global companies navigating acquisition and change.
I’ve built my career across countries, company stages, and major periods of change, as an introvert, an outsider, and a working parent. I know that decisions about work are rarely only about work. They shape where you live, how you spend your time, what you have energy for, and the life you are building around your ambition.
My own career has taught me that growth is not always a matter of becoming more confident or working harder. Sometimes it begins with getting honest about what you want, understanding the patterns that appear when the stakes feel high, and making choices that better fit the life you are trying to build.
